 Agent Collective Group is led by April Hess, Texas-based Real Estate Broker with 8 years of industry experience as an agent and now a solo broker. Since 2022, she has specialized in real estate recruiting, including leading and managing a large team of recruiters for a large national brokerage.

April brings more than 30 years of management experience from the retail and banking industries, giving her a unique edge in leadership, operations, and team development. Combined with her MBA, she blends business strategy with real-world recruiting expertise to help brokerages build strong, scalable growth through people, process, and performance.
