She successfully led a national recruiting team for a large brokerage, bringing both strategic insight and hands-on leadership to the role. With a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and over 20 years of leadership experience, April combines business strategy, recruiting expertise, and a genuine passion for helping agents and brokers build thriving businesses.

Stacey Thompson, co-founder of Agent Collective Group, brings 18+ years of experience in recruiting, marketing, and business strategy. She’s helped countless real estate companies grow by developing recruiting systems, building strong teams, and creating lasting partnerships.
